When you move into a property you will need to get the utilities put into your name. If we have the power on when you sign your lease, we usually allow a couple of days before we shut them off. If you are renting a house, it's possible that we will have the trash bill sent to our office and it will be charged to your account. The trash company is not good about keeping accounts current and consequently this is something we must monitor at the office.
