  • Digital photos for marketing
  • Full color flyers for property
  • Signage for property
  • Lockbox on property
  • Entering listing on multiple listing service
  • Entering digital photos on websites
  • Property evaluation to determine condition & needed repairs
  • Digital photos from property evaluation
  • Entering all owner & property information into database (includes various payments: HOA fees, utilities, and contact maintenance)
